Wow, it's really nice to see this Kito, you're dogs/dog like creatures have always been adorable! I really really love the face anatomy and the expression. The detail around the mouth, were the bucket is and how the lip curls slightly on the mouth side is really neat. The eyes just display a lot of emotion as well, and the detail in them is amazing. I, as always, adore your lineart style, it really brings out the fluff and fur of the dog <3 And the paws look so awesome! The background is neat too, simple, but beautiful in it's execution. The sand detail is neat, and the rain looks awesome.
The whole Aquarius, water carrier concept is neat, and I like your choice of animal for this. I think you made it look fine, looks like a border collie to me!
